Great spot but some hiccups
The location is super convenient for walking to San Pedro. Room was nice and clean, but the shower was a mess, constantly changing temp. The kids' pool seriously needed cleaning. Breakfast was solid, and the bar had decent options, just super slow service. Overall a mix of good and not-so-great moments!

The hotel offered lovely, spacious rooms and the staff were overall very friendly and attentive. While the food variety was decent, it could be improved as some dishes were lukewarm. Though the pool area was nice, having no balcony in our family room was quite disappointing.

I recently spent 3 nights in a spacious Superior Double Room and absolutely loved lounging by the pool area with its comfy sunbeds and enjoying a refreshing drink from the bar. The hotel also had a nice outdoor swimming pool and a great sun terrace to chill out on. Just a heads-up, breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

missingWrote a review on Dec 06premier suitebottle of cavastaff handlingempty mini bar
I booked a premier suite with a hot tub, which turned out fantastic. The hotel sent over a bottle of cava for my husband’s birthday, a nice touch for sure. Unfortunately, things went south when we encountered a major leak from the hot tub of the room above us. It flooded our bathroom, and I was worried about the ceiling stability. Maintenance came but didn’t handle it as I hoped. We wanted a relaxing weekend, but the constant interruptions from staff dampened the mood. Eventually, they moved us to a different room, but it wasn’t a suite and had no hot tub. The mini bar was empty, which was disappointing considering the premium we paid for the suite. Staff seemed indifferent to our frustrations. I expected better service. The initial excitement turned into a stressful experience. While the room quality was commendable, the handling of issues was not up to standard.

missingWrote a review on Dec 01spacious roomgenerous breakfastinviting poolremote locationoutdated gymdining options
I really enjoyed the spacious room with beautiful decor. The air conditioning worked well, which was a huge plus during the hot days. The pool area was inviting. I spent a lot of time lounging by the water. The breakfast buffet was generous, offering plenty of choices, including a fantastic omelette station. However, the hotel is somewhat remote. Getting to San Pedro or Puerto Banus requires a taxi, which can add up quickly. I found the gym facilities a bit outdated, and it could use a refresh. I also noticed tiles missing in the pool area, which felt uncomfortable underfoot. The dining options didn’t meet my expectations. the evening meal was disappointing with many dishes not at the right temperature. Overall, beautiful hotel, but some areas need attention.

We just spent 7 nights in a fantastic family junior suite and loved the amazing spa facilities and the outdoor pool. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day was a treat! The only downside was the pool opening time at 11am, but overall, we had a great experience. 🌟

Lovely view of golf course from balcony, spacious and bright Superior Double room, good-sized pool area
Poor air conditioning efficiency!!! Constant noise from nearby kitchens and housekeeping made sleep difficult!!! Needs significant renovations, especially in bathrooms and public spaces. Lock issues on public toilets could easily be fixed for more convenience!!!
